Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of June, a service operated by JWALL COMMERCE (“June,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using June, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What June does
June is an AI receptionist for home-services businesses. It answers your calls, books jobs onto a calendar you connect, and follows up with your leads by text. June acts on your behalf and under your direction.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to use June. You are responsible for the information in your account and for activity under it. Keep your credentials secure.
3. Free trial, pricing, and cancellation
- June costs $199 per month, flat, with the features described on our site included.
- New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Your paid subscription begins only if you choose to continue after the trial.
- Billing is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time in one click; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for using June lawfully. In particular, you agree that:
- You have the right and any required consent to have calls to your business recorded and transcribed, and to text the leads you bring to June, in accordance with applicable law.
- You will not use June for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive communications, or to contact people who have opted out.
- The information you give June about your business is accurate and kept up to date.
As between you and June, you are the controller of your customers’ and leads’ data; June processes it to provide the service to you.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, access it without authorization, or use it to violate the rights of others or any law, including telemarketing, call-recording, and messaging regulations.
6. Third-party services
June connects to third-party services you choose, such as your calendar provider and telephone number. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Service availability
We work to keep June reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
8. Disclaimers
June is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. June is an automated assistant and may occasionally make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing bookings and messages that matter to your business.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, June will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for June in the three months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using June and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
