Refund Policy

We want June to earn her keep from day one. This policy explains our free trial, how billing and cancellation work, and when you can get your money back. June is a service operated by JWALL COMMERCE.
1. Free trial
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required to start. You are only ever charged after you choose to subscribe. If June is not right for you, simply do not subscribe and you will never be billed.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us at support@answerjune.com. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. Your service continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep June for the time you paid.
3. Money-back guarantee
Not satisfied? If you request it within 14 days of your most recent monthly charge, we will refund that charge in full. Just email support@answerjune.com and we will take care of it.
4. Prorations and annual plans
Outside of the guarantee above, monthly charges are not prorated for partial months. Where annual plans are offered, they are refundable on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion if you cancel within 30 days of the annual charge.
5. How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the credit to appear.
