Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
June is a service operated by JWALL COMMERCE (“June,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when a business uses June to answer its calls, book jobs, and follow up with leads, and when people call or message a business that uses June.
Who this policy covers
June handles information about two groups of people:
- Business customers: the owners and staff of the home-services businesses that sign up for June.
- Callers and leads: the people who call, text, or submit an inquiry to a business that uses June. June answers and follows up on the business’s behalf.
For callers and leads, the business you contacted is the owner of that relationship and its data; June processes it to provide the service to that business.
1. Information we collect
- Account and business information: your name, email, phone number, business name, services, hours, and the details you give us so June can represent your business.
- Call recordings and transcripts: audio and text of calls June answers or places, used to book jobs, take messages, and improve accuracy.
- Messages: the content of SMS and other messages June sends or receives on your behalf.
- Calendar data: availability and booking events from a calendar you connect, so June can schedule jobs (see the Google Calendar section below).
- Lead and caller information: names, phone numbers, and the details a caller shares when they contact your business.
- Usage data: IP address, browser and device information, and interaction timestamps collected automatically when you use our website.
2. How we use information
- Answer your calls, qualify callers, and take messages.
- Book jobs onto your connected calendar.
- Follow up with leads by text on your behalf.
- Send you summaries, transcripts, and account notifications.
- Operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use call, message, or calendar content to target advertising.
3. Google Calendar access
If you connect a Google account, June requests access only to your Google Calendar events, in order to check availability and create or update booking events for jobs. June’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use Google Calendar data only to provide and improve the booking feature you enabled.
- We do not transfer or sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We do not allow humans to read this data except with your consent for support, for security, to comply with law, or as part of internal operations on de-identified, aggregated data.
You can disconnect June’s calendar access at any time from your Google Account’s third-party access settings or by contacting us.
4. Call recording and transcription
June records and transcribes calls to book jobs, take accurate messages, and improve service quality. As the business using June, you are responsible for any notice or consent your jurisdiction requires for recording calls; June can play a recording notice on your behalf where configured.
5. SMS messaging
When you sign up, we collect your mobile number to send you a one-time verification code and, once June is active, service notifications such as your dedicated number, setup confirmations, and account alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
Separately, June sends texts to follow up on leads on your behalf. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, and message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to text the leads you bring to June.
6. How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run June , for example telephony and messaging carriers, AI voice providers, calendar and email providers, and cloud hosting, under agreements that limit their use to providing services to us. We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.
7. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, or to request deletion of your data, email privacy@answerjune.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email or phone number associated with your records so we can locate them. We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete verified deletions within 30 days. See our Data Deletion Instructions for details.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to promptly address issues.
10. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and, if enabled, analytics and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Session analytics: to understand how visitors use our website and to improve it, we use Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymized interactions such as page views, clicks, scrolling, and general usage patterns. Input fields — including any phone number, one-time code, email, or business name you enter — are masked and are not captured in these recordings. This data is processed by Microsoft as our provider; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement for how Microsoft handles it.
11. Children’s privacy
June is a business service and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
12. International data transfers
June is operated for a US audience and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. We take steps to protect information consistent with this policy wherever it is processed.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
