Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: July 8, 2026
You have the right to request that June delete the personal data we hold about you. This applies to data collected through our website, through calls and messages handled by June (voice, transcripts, and SMS), and through any calendar or account you connected.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@answerjune.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include the email address and/or phone number our records would be associated with, so we can locate your data.
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 7 days.
If June has been texting you, you can also reply STOP to any message to immediately opt out, then email us as above to request full deletion.
What gets deleted
Upon a verified request, we delete the personal data we hold about you, including:
- Your contact information (name, email, phone number, business details).
- Call recordings, transcripts, and message content associated with you.
- Calendar and account data you connected, where applicable.
We may retain a minimal suppression record (such as a hashed identifier) solely to honor your opt-out and avoid contacting you again, and any records we are legally required to keep. Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days, and we notify you by email once complete.
If you are a caller or lead
If June contacted you on behalf of a business you reached out to, that business also holds your information as its own customer record. We will delete the data June processes, and you can ask that business to delete its records directly.
